As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of 1906, championing our brand, nurturing relationships, and driving sales. - Drive wholesale sales and make 1906 the #1 edibles brand in New Jersey.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with Dispensary Managers and Buyers.
- Identify new business opportunities while optimizing existing accounts.
- Stay updated on 1906's unique value proposition and communicate it effectively.
- Implement proven sales strategies to bolster our in-store brand presence.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Field Marketing teams to align on market priorities.
- Maintain meticulous records across our CRM platforms.
- Uphold the brand's premium image during in-store presentations.
- Address and resolve any client concerns, continuously refining our processes for future success.
What You Bring:
- An innate drive to excel, with a focus on building connections and delivering consistent wholesale growth.
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
- Extensive knowledge of the New Jersey market.
- Residency in New Jersey and the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
- A vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

- Competitive base salary ($80,000 - $95,000, dependent on experience), plus a performance-based quarterly bonus.
