Aureus Analytics – a provider of comprehensive AI solutions for the insurance space, is seeking an exceptional Agency Sales Representative to spearhead their growth in the Independent Agent space. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, this is an opportunity to be a part of something special for a sales professional who is technologically minded, passionate about building something, and has a closer’s mindset. In this role, you will develop new leads, conduct sales presentations, and hold product demonstrations while negotiating with prospects and winning new business.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the inbound and outbound sales process: prospecting, pipeline building, opportunity identification, and lead qualification
- Develop and implement activities and processes to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Build and manage a pipeline of targeted agency leads to create and close sales opportunities
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to move prospects through the pipeline
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate your client's needs with a minimum of 30% of working hours on the phone
- Lead sales meetings and run product demos
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team to ensure smooth Customer Onboarding and foster long-term adoption
- Track and record activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management tool
- Update sales forecasts and reporting on a continual basis
- Participate in industry conferences and events as required
- Provide market feedback to support go-to-market activities, including price strategy, value propositions, etc
Experience:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with a company focused on the Insurance agency market
- Outreach experience
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with analytics/enterprise products and solutions or SaaS platforms preferred
- Prior exposure to Insurtech is a bonus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales strategy and growth through new business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to become a product expert
- Highly organized with great time management skills
- Self-starter
- Familiarity with the Insurance industry preferred

Compensation:
