We’re looking for a motivated, Excel-loving, and detail-oriented SALES & TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR for our fast-growing company! This person ideally should have some beauty sales experience (entry-level will also be considered) and love the technical and finer details of sales support and trade marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, take initiative to complete tasks and is comfortable in an account-facing role. This role will report to primarily our Sr. Sales Manager and VP of Sales, and interface daily with our Trade Marketing Director and also to our founder-CEO. We look forward to hearing from you! Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of annual sales targets
  • Serve as point of contact for wholesale account customer service and order management
  • Assist with sales administration documents including, but not limited to, item setup, product copy, compliance/registration forms
  • Manage internal sales and trade marketing activity trackers with input from Sales Manager and also founder-CEO
  • Coordinate product launch requirements for all retail partners
  • Collaborate with Ops to ensure timely processing and shipping of account purchase orders
  • Creation of seasonal market decks with input from VP of Sales and Founder
  • Attend monthly and seasonal retailer (virtual) meetings
  • Identify and connect with prospective new accounts within the independent channel
  • Process new sales leads and setup accounts
  • Facilitate mailing of samples to existing and prospective clients
  • Assist with various ad-hoc sales and trade marketing projects


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role at a beauty company highly preferred


• Competitive pay $55,000-$65,000 annual salary + bonus
