HOLISTO is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Data Analyst who will join our team and lead our Disruptive product in the B2C channel.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop effective and efficient data analysis solutions, interpret and communicate data-driven insights for decision-making, and support data-driven initiatives to reach business objectives.

• Drive insights: understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in adapting our products to identify opportunities for step-changes of specific customer segments.
• Define the metrics: define and analyze key metrics that reflect the success of products and allow us to monitor the health of product adoption and conversion rate in the markets we serve.
• Analyze the user behavior: Constantly perform deep-dive analysis to discover business trends & opportunities, A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Work collaboratively: Support multiple stakeholders in the company - provide suggestions and recommendations and be the part of product management team during the decision-making process.

This role will report to the Senior Product Manager

The position is in a hybrid model < Arriving at the company's offices in Warsaw twice a week

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product).
• 4+ years of experience with product optimization or growth work, i.e., product A/B testing, funnel/website optimization, conversion analysis, and events monitoring.
• High proficiency in SQL - A must
• Proven experience in providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Experience working with web analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply them to facilitate performance optimizations
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
