WHY INTELLIBOARD:
The AM will play a major role in the company’s current client business development efforts, from establishing and developing relationships to facilitating follow up activities that lead to deepening and expanding the partnership across the institution. A relationship-builder by nature, the AM seeks to broaden the relationships they have with their client partners and takes a client-centric, service-oriented, and consultative approach.
Platform Evangelist: You enjoy challenging the way decision-makers think and providing new, creative ways to approach age-old processes. You are an expert communicator and a driver, and you have a knack at persuading others through words.
Strategic Partner and Collaborative Team Player: You work closely with peers such as the Solution Expert, Marketing, Client Success and Product to position, show, convey the value of IntelliBoard products and solutions. You demonstrate ingenuity and creative thinking with problem solving.
Trusted Advisor and Customer Advocate: A client-centric, service-oriented approach is core to your approach. Creating and nurturing relationships with a diverse group of individuals comes naturally to you. You are ethical and honest in the relationships that you build, which leads to authentic, reciprocated relationships.
You will work with decision makers to seek out embedded institutional pains and map those pains to the IntelliBoard products and solutions.

ACTIVITIES:
- Owns the client relationships for all renewal and expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
- Achieve all stated sales and renewal objectives on an ongoing quarterly basis.
- Maintain daily expansion and renewal data with Salesforce.com
- Analyze client utilization and adoption metrics within existing accounts to facilitate renewal conversations, engage executive sponsors, and introduce new products.
- Represent IntelliBoard as necessary in sales events, site visits, industry conferences and tradeshows
- Weekly expansion and renewal and forecasting reporting.
- Close coordination with the Solutions Consulting and Client Success teams to escalate, manage at-risk renewals and retention strategies.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and IntelliBoard team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Comprehensive understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Balanced focus on all client opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive client case studies.
- Preventing client renewal surprises.
- Sales & Account Management Team Quota Achievement
- Pipeline Generation, Pipeline Conversion, Pipeline Coverage to Quota

- You are a self-starter, go-getter, solution-oriented professional who needs little direction to problem solve.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Available to travel up to 15% of the time.
