Spearhead membership sales and lead generation, meeting monthly targets.
Launch impactful grass-roots marketing campaigns, particularly in the initial 90-day period.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community.
Supervise retail operations, ensuring optimal inventory management and attractive merchandise displays.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging in-studio content for social media and advertising.
Monitor performance metrics, extracting insights for data-driven decisions.
Exemplify LYMBR’s professionalism and enthusiasm, nurturing positive relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service, adeptly handling client matters.
Actively seek and seize new revenue opportunities, fostering partnerships and sponsorships.
Participate in networking and industry events to enhance studio visibility and industry insight.
A proven track record in sales and marketing, exceeding targets (3+ years of experience).
Exceptional deal-closing abilities and an impressive sales record.
Ideally possess a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a dedication to superior customer service.
