Job Description

This role can be based in Mountain View or Sunnyvale.

We are looking for a self-driven, passionate Product Manager to help Small Businesses grow with Premium. The PM would lead the strategic roadmap and efforts to help small businesses grow, running iterative A/B tests helping individuals to discover and enjoy delightful, frictionless member experiences aimed at helping small businesses grow successfully with LinkedIn. The role requires a member first, data oriented product manager that enjoys high velocity development and is excited about subscription businesses and monetization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with cross functional teams including design, engineering, data, marketing, business operations and others to bring delightful experience for members to market, that integrate into the LinkedIn ecosystem creating member value.
  • Build user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive, rooted in member research and empathy.
  • Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve member challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve small business problems, creating value on their behalf to help them grow their businesses.
  • Run iterative A/B tests to gain learnings from experiments and identify product-market-fit for products.
  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning.
  • Have a high excellence bar and results orientation to ensure products delivered provide real value for members at scale.
  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with building product for small businesses
  • Experience in a fast, impact driven, A/B testing environment
  • Experience building web/mobile products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
