This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or New York.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth for our LinkedIn Sales Solutions product (Sales Navigator) globally. You’ll be responsible for the assisting with overall channel and campaign strategy, and partner closely with our Marketing Operations team on both execution and optimization of digital campaigns that drive acquisition of new customers, with a specific focus on using the Linkedin Ads platform and the Email channel to meet your conversion, engagement, and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end integrated campaigns that deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leads and pipeline for our Field sales teams, as well as free-trial sign-ups for our Self-Serve product globally. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen Operations, Data Science, and our creative agency to realize your vision.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be an out-of-the-box thinker who utilizes data and audience insights to support digital marketing plans that help drive both engagement and conversions.

Basic qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $97,000 to $151,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with strategy, execution and ongoing campaign optimization for the Sales Navigator acquisition program globally with a focus on the LinkedIn Ads platform and Email, partnering and working cross-functionally with a team of digital marketers and targeting operations partners.
- Assist in the performance management of conversion, revenue, and ROI goals throughout the fiscal year, for both Field and Self-Serve businesses for Sales Navigator globally.
- Develop and execute A/B tests. Analyze and translate data into business insights.
- Partner with Data Science and Audience Operations to analyze, develop, and refine audience targeting and segmentation strategy, and execute programs across Linkedin and Email channels.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Product Marketing on messaging and creative design.
- Identify content strategy gaps and manage content creation projects, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and channel strategy.
- Take ownership of the quarterly prioritization process with our Marketing Operations partners, including the creation of campaign briefs and the submission of campaign requests via the ticketing system.
- Oversee the relationship with creative agencies, including writing creative briefs and project managing asset requests to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
Basic qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Experience with digital marketing channels and tactics, including Email, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Web, and Mobile
- Experience working in online B2B SaaS businesses and/or driving acquisition of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language
- Strong data fluency and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative information to map strategy, decisions and roadmap prioritization
- Comfort with ambiguity; Ability to work autonomously and operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence others and drive decisions
