What You’ll Do: Aureus is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative, responsible for the full sales lifecycle to ensure sales goals are met as directed by Ron Shroyer, VP Sales, whom you will report to. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. You must be comfortable making up to 30 calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects to set appointments, presenting sales demos, and closing new customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Aureus’ platform – DONNA, the sales process and dynamics, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients: Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Results-driven: Develop and implement activities and procedures to achieve maximum sales and acquisition; close business with new clients at or above quota level
  • Product expert: Deep knowledge of Aureus’ DONNA platform 
  • Strong presentation skills: Deliver demonstrations to prospective clients that are engaging and informative while addressing challenges and needs
  • CRM software: Utilize HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting which will be evaluated on an ongoing basis

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of industry experience
  • Top Producer in their current sales role with 3+ years sales experience required
  • Marketing, Advertising, or SaaS experience required
  • Has the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful, in alignment with company goals and values
  • Maintains a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
  • Has a sharp focus on goals and a belief that daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota goals
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
  • Embraces the phone and video software such as Zoom
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Extremely comfortable working in CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
