- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients: Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads
- Results-driven: Develop and implement activities and procedures to achieve maximum sales and acquisition; close business with new clients at or above quota level
- Product expert: Deep knowledge of Aureus’ DONNA platform
- Strong presentation skills: Deliver demonstrations to prospective clients that are engaging and informative while addressing challenges and needs
- CRM software: Utilize HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting which will be evaluated on an ongoing basis
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of industry experience
- Top Producer in their current sales role with 3+ years sales experience required
- Marketing, Advertising, or SaaS experience required
- Has the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful, in alignment with company goals and values
- Maintains a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
- Has a sharp focus on goals and a belief that daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota goals
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Embraces the phone and video software such as Zoom
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Extremely comfortable working in CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
