HOLISTO is looking for a passionate and seasoned Account Manager to lead the relationship with our business partners, including accountable for daily and weekly communication, project management, partner satisfaction, and strategic initiatives while working cross-functionally, engaging with internal teams in Holisto, including marketing, data, product, engineering, finance, and strategy.
This is an opportunity to play a strategic, professional, and operational role with the power to impact Holisto's future growth directly.
About the role
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all business partners.
- Engage, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with key people in our business partners’ organizations.
- Project manage the ongoing partners’ communication and projects, align all other teams within our company to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
- Be proactive in solving partners’ challenges and identifying growth and expansion opportunities.
- Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics, and targets.
- Ensure partners’ satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in English and Hebrew fluently.
- At least 4+ years of experience in a client/partner-facing account - Travel industry an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize based on changing business needs.
- Works well through ambiguity
- Creative thinking, strong leadership skills, and a detail-oriented eye
- Ability to understand and discuss technical subjects - A big advantage.
Character and Attitude Figure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with and influence organization leadership teams.
