PARTNER MANAGER MISSION STATEMENT:

As Partner Manager, you are responsible for enabling IntelliBoard’s partner community in support of growing market share. This includes activities such as building relationships, creating partner commercial goals, training on the platform and sales enablement to support effective positioning/selling the value of IntelliBoard.

You will communicate with partners about products and services and possess the knowledge necessary to provide product demonstrations, deliver company presentations, run training sessions, manage individual accounts, monitor competition, and work to increase partner market share and revenue.

Through your collaboration with IntelliBoard partners, you will be responsible for generating new sales, renewing and expanding current client relationships. You will achieve this both through the partner as well as in collaboration with the IntelliBoard sales and account management acting as a conduit between the teams. You will work with Marketing teams to increase sales through events and other activities and expand relationships with existing customers and clients.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Develop, communicate, implement and manage a partner enablement strategy
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that training, enablement and marketing activities are in support of sales plans.
  • Keep a pulse on partner delivery across the sales lifecycle and client journey while ensuring quality control across
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Responsible for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base.
  • Develop proposals, business cases and ROI model for and with partners.
  • Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist for partners to elevate delivery
  • Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist on behalf of partners to within IntelliBoard to elevate delivery
  • Create and maintain channel segmentation with pain/value analysis for each segment.
  • Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
  • Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships
  • Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in the region.
  • Maintain, track, report and forecast Partner sales accurately in CRM in collaboration with the sales and AM teams
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs supporting weekly, monthly quarterly reviews with partners

KPI’s:

  • Partner new sales quota achievement
  • Partner pipeline generation rate, pipeline coverage ratio to quota, pipeline conversion
  • Partner new sales annual contract value (ACV)
  • Partner client retention rate

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in building, maintaining and growing a channel sales program
  • Fluent in 2 min, ideally 3 languages
  • You have deep experience at enterprise SaaS sales with multiple stakeholders and high ACV deals.
  • Highly data driven, analytical, and structured.
  • You enjoy both strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Strong presentation skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • You enjoy writing and can adapt the tone based on the audience (provosts, CIOs, students, etc.)
