About the Role
You'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and market penetration for FlyteHealth in the healthcare sector, particularly focusing on group employers, insurance payers, healthcare systems, and unions. Leveraging your extensive network and expertise, you'll engage with executive-level stakeholders, showcasing our value proposition and accelerating deals that help drive substantial market adoption for the company.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: You're a skilled revenue hunter, adept at employing diverse strategies such as LinkedIn outreach, targeted calls, and face-to-face interactions to secure new contracts with clients. In-state visits with consultants is a top priority.
- Established Relationships: You have existing customer contacts with group employers, insurance payers, healthcare systems, and unions. You also have a long list of consultant contacts in the multi-state region you reside.
- Data-Driven Approach: You're not just about hitting targets; you're about understanding and driving the metrics that matter. By analyzing data and aligning with company OKRs/KPIs, you'll guide our sales strategy to optimal outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: You're the eyes and ears of the company in the market. You'll gather insights from customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform our go-to-market strategy and product development.
- Deal Execution: From negotiation to contract finalization, you'll lead the charge, collaborating seamlessly with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of customer contracts.
- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with utilizing video conferencing tools to provide in-depth product demonstrations to prospects, and you maintain meticulous records of all interactions within Salesforce.
- Flexible Mindset: With your experience in high-pace/startup environments, you bring a can-do attitude and adaptability to the role, ready to tackle challenges head-on and drive Intellihealth's success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, with a strong preference for telemedicine background
- A strong network of self-insured employers, consultants and payer executives / decision makers that you can tap into quickly to generate pipeline specifically in the Mid-West Region is required.
- A proven track record of exceeding individual and company sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive substantial revenue.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare verticals, particularly in selling tech-enabled clinical services to various entities such as benefit consultants, self-insured employers, insurance payers, health systems, and unions.
- Proficiency in navigating and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, showcasing your strategic acumen and negotiation skills.
- Travel 30%-50% of the time to meet with prospects and consultants.
