At Quantum Circuits Inc., we are building the world’s first truly algorithmic quantum computers to achieve transformational computing capabilities. Our full-stack quantum computing platform uses superconducting devices along with a modular, robust, and scalable architecture. Our unique approach is based on a decade of technology research and breakthroughs at Yale University's world-renowned quantum labs.
We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to help us achieve our mission. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, collaborate with experienced professionals, and make a real impact on our business.
This will be an internship position with the potential for full-time employment. We are also open to candidates located in the Bay Area, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing financial models and conducting comprehensive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks affecting the tech industry and our business.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Support the finance team on various projects, such as fundraising, investment analysis, and financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • Juniors or Seniors currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.5.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling. Knowledge of data analysis tools and software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
