  • Coordinate part tracking and expediting activities, communicate change requirements to Purchasing & Production.
  • Perform ERP system data integrity maintenance.
  • Assist in planning/scheduling duties.
  • Perform data entry, run status reports, file and perform other general administrative duties as needed.
  • Lead special projects as assigned.


  • Actively working towards Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or like field.
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and possess interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of academic performance 2.75 accumulative GPA or better
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have the willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve.
  • Solid Understanding of concepts of inventory flow, inventory management, and planning
  • Due to our company’s position as a key supplier to the US defense industry. All candidates must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States.
