Responsibilities
Job Title: Sr., IT Systems Analyst
Department: IT Reports To: APS Op/Co IT Manager
Location: Clemmons, NC FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary:
The Sr. IT System Analyst is response for managing all systems within the Clemmons, NC facility to
include ownership of updates, prioritizing system enhancement requests, and thoroughly understanding
the business need/reason for system changes. This role will work cross functionally with Triumph’s IT
Shared Services team on hardware and software updates.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting
problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
• Create and maintain site level technical documentation and processes
• Monitors, maintains, and upgrades technology systems which includes performing upgrades and
maintenance, and implementing system modifications
• Manages user accounts and authorizations
• Maintains security compliance in accordance to Triumph’s standards
• Manages site backups and recovery
• Trains users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems
• Responsible for upgrading the operating system software and keeping patches current
• Manage the sites hardware refresh plan
• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, network printers, and
scanners
• Analyzes and evaluates business requirements, consults with personnel from various
departments and identifies area’s for the development of technical solutions to automate
and/or improve business processes.
• Acts as the project lead over site level projects
• Provide Epicor E10 technical support and admin duties when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in IT a plus
• 4 years IT experience
• Network/LAN Topology, Computer hardware, Windows OS, and MS Office Suite experience
• Ability to interact with all levels in a large environment
• Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
• Highly self-motivated, self-direct, and attentive to detail
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
• Good facilitation and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set/manage priorities, develop a work schedule,
monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
• Exceptional problem/conflict resolution skills
